I took these pills as directed twice a day until it was empty, with no perceptible improvement in my tinnitus. I was skeptical going in but felt it was worth a try if it helped at least to some degree, but I hear no difference in the volume nor change of the noises I hear constantly. If this helps anyone, I would be surprised and glad for them but it's a "no go" for me now or in the future. I really feel that a refund is in order based on the information put out by the company but I know I took the chance and took it as prescribed even though it didn't work.

After using this product for 30 days, there has been absolutely no change at all with my Tinnitus Issues and I do not recommend this product for that problem. I am applying for the advertised refund for the product and will add another review after 30 days to let you know how that went.
